Joseph Emile Tibesar passed away in Arlon on August 29, 2010

Sadly, Joseph Emile Tibesar passed away yesterday in Arlon, Belgium on August 29, 2010. Emile was born 29 September 1924 in Habergy, Belgium. Emile was the husband of Marie Kemp and the son of  Joseph and Suzanne (Peiffer) Tibesar. Emile and Marie have two children; their daughter Denise (Tibesar) Muller married to Adien Muller and son José Ernest Tibesar married to Bernadette Welschen.
