Robert Vincent (6th Grade) and Gerald “Jerry” Louis Tibesar (5th Grade) were attending Ramsay Elementary School in Butte, Montana.

The five Tibesar boys (Jack, Robert, Jerry, Vince and Marcus Tibesar); their mother Jacqueline Mae (Parks) (Tibesar) Haugeto and step-father Mike Haugeto had moved to the Spangler Dairy Farm located between Butte and Anaconda, Montana and south of Walkerville, Montana adjacent to the Gregson Hot Springs.  The family lived about 2 miles from the Gregson proper in a 2-story white house (on the slope of a mountain) on the Gregson Hot Springs Road (Gregson Hot Springs is now known as Fairmont Hot Springs Resort – Interstate 90 Exit 211 then 3 miles on Fairmont Road).
